Transaction Process

No Fees, Commissions, or Charges

We guarantee that there will be no additional fees, commissions, or charges associated with the sale of the property. You will not be responsible for any closing costs, title fees, or other ancillary expenses unless expressly agreed to in writing.

Eligibility

You represent and warrant that You are the legal owner of the property or have the legal authority to sell the property on behalf of the owner. Additionally, You confirm the property is free from significant legal disputes, liens, or other encumbrances unless otherwise disclosed during the initial communication with Us.

We reserve the right to decline purchasing any property if, upon evaluation, We determine that:

  • You do not have legal authority to sell the property;

  • There are material misrepresentations made by You regarding the condition of the property;

  • The property is subject to unresolved legal or financial claims that prevent a clear title transfer.

Confidentiality and Privacy

We value Your privacy and will treat all information shared by You as confidential. Any personal or property-related information provided will be used solely for the purposes of evaluating, processing, and completing the transaction. We will not share, sell, or distribute an ypersonal information without Your express consent unless required by law.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the other states in which We operate, specifically California, Indiana, and Kentucky.

Any disputes or claims arising from these Terms or related to the sale of property shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the state in which the property is located.
