Of course, we are looking to purchase, remodel and resell to a home buyer for a profit… so we would need a discount for the numbers to work but when you actually look at the numbers closely most of our homeowners are ok with that because they get the convenience of not having to deal with the repairs and any surprises that might come with that, listing on the market and hoping their house sells.
